We are a boutique firm with a lean organizational structure. As a smaller, innovative Swiss company we are lean, flexible and agile and as a Software Engineering boutique, we are able to scope with customer requests in a focused manner.
We are geared to a long-term growth path, open for new business and collaboration models and have short communication and decision channels. As we already successfully collaborate with several other large banks and financial institutes as our happy customers, we know the respective environment and requirements well.
Our extended team consists of a pool of highly qualified Senior Software Engineers on-site in Switzerland, and our cost-competitive Nearshore Delivery Center in Krakow Poland. With our extensive teams we are able to provide the necessary services and extensions to our clients internal IT teams, allowing us to take over specific work orders and tasks on project basis or through a fixed price model.
