Krzysztof serves as CEO and co-founder of ESGroup Poland. He is accountable for the strategy, general management and governance of our Polish Delivery Center. His focus is on helping customers to achieve success in their businesses through the ESGroup service and support offerings.

Florin serves as the Founder & CEO of ESGroup which has been established in 2009. Prior to founding ESGroup, he has worked as an external consultant on key projects at UBS for many years having acquired extensive expertise in IT Strategy, Business Analysis and Software Engineering.

He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from ETH Zurich and in the past has worked in Professional Consulting for IBM and CSC. Today he enables enterprises to keep pace with the rapid digital changes in IT – especially in the areas of process automation and optimization.

Krzysztof Kulaga

As CEO and co-founder of ESGroup Poland, Krzysztof is accountable for the strategy, general management, and governance of our Polish Delivery Center. Krzysztof is focused on helping customers to achieve success in their businesses through ESGroup service and support offerings.

He holds a Master of Science from Kraków University of Science and Technology. and has 15 years of experience in delivering software products across prestigious international companies from Banking, IT and Industrial sectors such as UBS, Sabre, Pega, Comarch.
